Step 1

Make a post in your journal containing your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple to really big. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real-life things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa could get in touch with you.

Step 2

Surf around your friends list (or friend's friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream for free--do it. You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Step 3

The List

1) Finish all my owed arts by Christmas would be lovely.

2) I always always ALWAYS love getting giftart. :3 It makes me feel loved<3

4) To spend this Christmas with my family, and not have it end in an awkward fight that lasts throughout the next year.

5) A new bicycle.

6) To start some of my projects, and put them on paper instead of just in my head.

7) To do a collab on iscribble with one of my favorite artists and To do a trade with one of my favorite artists!

8) To get character designs for my ongoing projects. (out of ideas...-pout-)

9) WEBCAM... and a faster computer.

10) FOR EVERYONE TO GET IN THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT. Be a little happier, have a good time. Get in the giving spirit!

I have a huge tendency to fav-bomb people... And I am trying to move away from that tendency.

It's going to take some time, but I do intend to comment on all the deviations in my inbox. Due to my lack of computer over the past couple months, I have accumulated quite a lot. ):

Yeaaa..... sooo If I don't comment right away on yours, but you know I watch you... it's possible I haven't quite gotten that far yet. o3o;;;;


ANYWAY I plan on spending a lot of time this next week catching up with you all.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!<333 I also intend on finishing the remainder of the requests I have due. AND POSSIBLY opening up trades. Not quite sure yet. I have some projects I am working on also, but I need practice... so... yea. Christmas presents are yet to be done also. I hope to do about 30 christmas presents. xD;; AND I am doing a secret santa this year. No, I don't think that is too much for me to do. I plan on knocking out those requets (most of them) tonight. I'm soooo in the christmas spirit right now. xD wewt<3333

I have decided I am going to start keeping a rant journal. I won't notify my watchers of any updates, but if you happen to stumble upon this, it is, of course, open for people to read. I'll update it every now an then with added rants.

NOTE: The following are MY opinions, I do not expect others to feel the same way, but if you do- then great. If not, that's okay too. These are simply opinions. Please- If you are reading these, keep an open mind. I am entitled to my own opinion, just as you are entitled to have yours.

FURTHER NOTE: No, I am not a bible-thumper. I believe in the bible, I am Christian, and Yea, I will tell people about the bible, but it stops there. I will NOT force you to believe my religion. I will NOT yell at you and say what you are doing is wrong. I, of course, will not agree with certain things, and I DO believe certain things are sinful, however, I will not try to take away your right to believe the way you want to believe.

MY VIEWS: As a Christian, I believe it is my duty to inform people of the word of God, but it is NOT my duty to make them believe. I will tell you, and explain why I believe so, but as for believing, you are on your own. I THOROUGHLY DISAGREE with religious sects that attack groups for being sinful and try to FORCE you into their religion, all it does is give that religion a bad name, and make people not want to be a part of it.

Alright.. you know how everyone generally gets irritated (understandably so) with religious people who try to force their opinions down their throat?

Well- I am a Christian, my mom is Agnostic. Today (just like pretty much every other day I actually spend any amount of time with her) she felt the need to "educate" me about my views. By "educate" I mean tell me they are wrong, make no sense, and that I am not open-minded enough...

I go through this with her, My grandpa, and my uncle ALL THE TIME. It drives me nuts. The first time I heard it, yea, I listened, I took in what they were saying, and debated with them, but I did not change my mind. I am still Christian, I believe in the bible, and it is my prerogative to believe the way I do!

What drives me nuts the most about this situation is their claim that I am not open minded when THEY are being close-minded. Instead of just accepting that I have different views, that I am religious, They try to take it upon themselves to show me that I am wrong. W-T-F!!!
So...today I snapped. I am so fucking sick of hearing "You are wrong, it makes no sense, the bible contradicts itself, you aren't being open-minded, you are boxed in a cult"

CLOSE MINDED MEANS NOT ALLOWING OTHERS TO HAVE THEIR OWN OPINIONS AND INSTEAD TRYING TO FORCE YOUR OPINIONS ON THEM, BEING BIASED AND CENTERED ONLY AROUND YOUR VIEWS COMPLETELY NOT ACCEPTING THAT OTHERS FEEL DIFFERENTLY, AND UNWILLING TO LET THEM!

So, I yelled at her and told her to stop telling me I am wrong and just shut the fuck up about my religion. Then she started saying how immature I was for defending something with no scientific basis and getting "angry over nothing" and that she was "just trying to have a civil debate"

BULL-SHIT.

You do NOT have a civil debate by BASHING someones beliefs over and over until they crack.

THAT IS NOT FUCKING CIVILIZED, THAT IS JUST PLAIN RUDE.

Damnit....
